Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise data architecture and modeling initiatives.
• Define and improve data models including Star Schema, SCD, MDM domains, and data integration patterns.
• Architect Azure-based data platforms including Landing, Staging, and Refined zones.
• Lead large-scale data migration and MDM initiatives.
• Define data mapping strategies, validation frameworks, audit trails, and quality controls.
• Oversee ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Informatica, and Python.
• Define and implement enterprise data governance standards.
• Establish processes for metadata management, data quality, cataloging, MDM, and data sharing.
• Collaborate with Business Owners, Enterprise Architecture, Application Teams, IT teams, and vendors.
• Mentor data engineers and support knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in data architecture and enterprise data modeling.
• Experience with Star Schema, SCD, MDM, metadata management, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Proven leadership experience in large-scale data migration programs.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data mapping, validation, and data quality management.
• Experience with Azure data platforms and Databricks.
• Strong understanding of OLTP/OLAP processes.
• Experience defining or implementing data governance frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with business, technical teams, and vendors.
• Japanese: High Intermediate level
• English: Advanced level

Working Hours:

9:00–17:00 (Mon–Fri)

Hybrid
