Brand Ambassador ( Co-Founder )

Role Description This full-time Brand Ambassador (Co-Founder) role at susinnov is a hybrid position based in Ismailia, with a mix of on-site activities and work-from-home tasks. The Brand Ambassador (Co-Founder) will represent the brand in local markets, build relationships with customers and partners, and help shape the company’s public image. Daily responsibilities include promoting brand values, engaging with the community, collecting feedback, and supporting customer service interactions to ensure a positive experience. The role also involves collaborating on brand awareness campaigns, contributing to marketing initiatives, and providing input into strategic decisions as a co-founder. The individual will work closely with other co-founders to develop growth plans, maintain consistent messaging, and support operational needs as the company scales.

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Experience in brand ambassadorship and brand awareness, with a demonstrated ability to represent a brand and increase its visibility.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage diverse audiences and convey clear, consistent messages.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to take initiative, share responsibility as a co-founder, and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site presence in Ismailia with remote tasks.
• Basic understanding of marketing or community outreach principles; prior experience in startup or early-stage environments is a plus.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple activities, events, and stakeholder interactions.
