Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to improve our organic search visibility, increase qualified traffic, and grow conversions through effective SEO strategies.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content SEO, and Off-Page SEO, with a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Identify new keyword and content opportunities.
• Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, content, and internal linking.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and identify crawling and indexing issues.
• Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data/schema.
• Work closely with developers to resolve technical SEO issues.
• Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-focused content plans and briefs.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve existing pages.
• Develop and execute high-quality backlink and off-page SEO strategies.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, CTR, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
• Analyze performance using Google Search Console and GA4.
• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports with clear insights and recommended actions.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
• Identify opportunities related to AI-powered search and evolving search behavior.

Programmatic SEO Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Programmatic SEO projects.
• Experience managing SEO for large websites with thousands or millions of URLs.
• Strong understanding of dynamic pages, URL architecture, faceted navigation, canonicalization, pagination, and indexation.
• Good understanding of databases, APIs, structured data, and how dynamic websites generate pages.
• Comfortable working directly with developers and translating SEO requirements into technical tasks.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, and large-scale SEO analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience preferred.
• Proven experience improving organic traffic and keyword rankings.
• Strong understanding of Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, and Content SEO.
• Strong experience with:
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Ahrefs and/or Semrush
• Screaming Frog
• Google PageSpeed Insights
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they affect SEO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good English communication skills.
