Outsentia is a global talent and operations partner helping companies build high-performing offshore teams in regions like Pakistan. From sales and customer success to engineering and research support, we help our clients find top talent and scale quickly, without compromising quality. Our mission is to bridge exceptional global talent with fast-growing companies that need flexible, reliable, and cost-effective support.

We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a U.S.-based research platform that leverages expert insights to produce institutional-grade research for financial services firms around the world.

Role Details

  • Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (Outsentia office), hybrid with 3 days a week in office
  • Hours: 6 PM to 3 AM PKT
  • Employment: Full-time, through Outsentia
  • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand & Communications Specialist to own our client's external voice, with a focus on the founders' LinkedIn presence and the company's thought leadership. The client publishes research on public companies and sectors for hedge funds, asset managers, and other institutional investors. Your job is to turn that research, and leadership's views on markets, into a recognizable voice and a growing, engaged LinkedIn audience.

This is a hands-on role. You will ghostwrite for the founders, run the company page, and report on what is working. The team works heavily with AI tools, especially Claude, and you will be expected to use them daily for research, drafting, and repurposing content. You will work closely with the client's leadership and research team in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Founder & Leadership Voice

  • Ghostwrite and manage LinkedIn content for the founders and senior leaders, in their own voice
  • Meet with leadership regularly to capture their views on markets, sectors, and the research business, and turn them into posts
  • Build a clear point of view and consistent posting rhythm for each leader
  • Engage on their behalf: comments, replies, and conversations with investors and industry peers
  • Spot timely market moments where leadership should weigh in

Company LinkedIn & Content

  • Own the company LinkedIn page: content calendar, posting cadence, and community engagement
  • Turn research reports, data points, and expert insights into posts, carousels, charts, and short videos
  • Repurpose content into newsletter, blog, and website updates
  • Keep messaging, tone, and visual style consistent across founder and company accounts
  • Grow followers, impressions, and engagement among institutional investors and industry professionals

Thought Leadership & Visibility

  • Draft bylined articles and op-eds for leadership
  • Identify and pitch podcast, panel, and speaking opportunities
  • Support occasional press releases and media outreach when there is news to share

Reporting

  • Track company and leadership LinkedIn analytics (impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, profile visits) and media coverage
  • Produce a monthly report on results and recommend what to do more or less of

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years in social media, PR, or marketing communications, ideally for a B2B, financial services, or research brand
  • Excellent written English: you can write a sharp LinkedIn post and a credible journalist pitch
  • Proven LinkedIn results you can show (accounts grown, posts that performed, analytics)
  • Experience ghostwriting for founders or executives, with examples of posts written in someone else's voice
  • Must be a confident, daily user of AI tools (Claude strongly preferred) for writing, research, and content production, and able to show how you use them in your workflow
  • Comfort turning dense, data-heavy research into clear, engaging content
  • Self-starter who can run a channel end to end with limited direction

Nice to Have

  • Interest in or exposure to financial markets, equity research, or investing
  • Some PR or media pitching experience
  • Design skills in Canva or similar, plus basic short-form video editing
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Taplio
