Brand Manager, Oncology

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid)
Employment: This position is under the distributor of Ipsen in the UAE and supports the Ipsen Oncology business across the Gulf region.

Make a meaningful impact in Oncology

We are looking for a commercially minded and execution-focused Brand Manager to help drive the success of our Oncology portfolio across the Gulf region. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will play a key role in delivering brand strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting business growth in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Oncology brand strategies and annual operating plans across the Gulf region.
• Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor brand performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Compliance, and external partners to ensure effective execution of brand plans.
• Support field force effectiveness through training, brand tools, and customer-focused initiatives.
• Manage brand budgets, project timelines, and operational activities to deliver results effectively.

What You Bring

• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Oncology or specialty care experience is preferred.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with a strong drive for execution and results.
