Role Description This part-time Regional Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Retail Assistant role at LJ Hotels & Co. is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with some flexibility to work from home. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, supporting regional performance targets, and ensuring consistent brand standards across designated locations. Responsibilities include supervising retail staff, coordinating schedules, monitoring inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention procedures. The role also requires handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and promoting a positive in-store experience. The team member will collaborate with management on sales initiatives, report on store performance, and assist with training and development of frontline staff.
Qualifications

• Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, to ensure a positive guest and shopper experience.
• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to coordinate with team members, management, and customers effectively.
• Operational capabilities in Store Management to oversee daily activities, staffing, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to reduce shrinkage and protect company assets.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or related service environments, preferably in a supervisory or support management role.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, balancing on-site responsibilities in Abu Dhabi with remote tasks.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and reliability in following procedures.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software; additional familiarity with retail management tools is an advantage.
