Conduct research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitor positioning. Build brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines. Work closely with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency. Plan campaign storylines, content pillars, and creative direction. Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies based on insights and data. Present strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reinforce the brand vision across touchpoints. Support the development of digital campaigns, launches, and content strategies. Manage brand collaborations and opportunities to expand visibility. ✅ Requirements Minimum 4+ years of brand strategy experience in a digital marketing or creative agency (mandatory). Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and communication frameworks. Experience with market research and consumer insight analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to transform insights into strategy and concepts. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience working with designers, content teams, and marketing teams. Comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Basic understanding of digital platforms, content formats, and trends.
