At MindWave, we’re not just building teams. We’re building a new way of working. We’re creating a community of experts who thrive in a transparent, human, and forward-thinking environment.
For a national digital freight transport programme, we are looking for an eFTI Business Analyst to join our community on a freelance basis. You will combine a strong understanding of the eFTI Regulation with solid experience in functional and technical analysis.
With the EU eFTI Regulation (EU) 2020/1056, authorities across Europe will accept freight transport information in electronic form. This programme builds the national gateway that makes this possible, connecting transport operators, logistics platforms and enforcement authorities.
As an Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between regulation, business and IT: you translate the eFTI requirements into clear processes, data models and message specifications, and you follow them through design, testing and implementation.
This is a freelance role, 100% fully remote from Greece.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Translating the eFTI Regulation and its delegated and implementing acts into concrete functional requirements for the eFTI gate
- Modelling processes and data, including the mapping to the eFTI common data set
- Contributing to the architecture and elaborating the functional and technical design, in line with the eCMR principles
- Writing and maintaining functional and technical message specifications for the exchange of freight information between platforms, the gate and authorities
- Preparing and supporting testing, from test scenarios to acceptance and conformity testing
- Guiding the implementation together with development teams, suppliers and stakeholders, and following up on questions and changes
- Keeping documentation clear, consistent and up to date for both business and IT audiences
Your Profile
- Experience with design elaboration, functional and technical message specifications, testing and implementation
- Experience with process and data modelling techniques (for example BPMN, UML or similar)
- Several years of experience as an analyst or consultant in complex, multi-stakeholder IT programmes
- Familiarity with the eFTI Regulation (EU) 2020/1056 and/or the eCMR
- An analytical mindset with the ability to make complex regulation and technology understandable
- Strong communication skills — you’re comfortable working with business, IT, suppliers and public authorities
- Fluent English (Dutch or French are considered a plus)
- Experience in logistics, transport or freight
- Knowledge of eCMR or other digital freight documents
Nice to have:
- Experience in public sector or government programs
Contract & Working Model
- Contract type: Freelance (B2B contract)
- Location: Fully remote from Greece
