A large data center operator's legacy Salesforce org runs their full quote-to-cash lifecycle: quoting, contracts, order conversion, delivery oversight, and revenue control - and is being rebuilt. We need a Salesforce Business Analyst to own the discovery: walk the business teams through how quote-to-cash works today, document it, and turn it into requirements the architects and delivery team can build from. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing in the old org's process knowledge walks out the door. After discovery, you stay on through implementation: refining requirements as build decisions land, running gap analysis against the configured org, planning and executing UAT with the business teams, and supporting the go-live cutover.
Requirements
Requirements
- 6+ years overall Business Analyst experience
- 2-4 years as a Business Analyst in Salesforce implementations, including at least one full discovery/requirements cycle
- Strong CRM domain knowledge: leads, opportunities, quotes, orders, cases - and how quote-to-cash flows across systems
- Working knowledge of CPQ / Revenue Cloud concepts (configuration, pricing rules, quote-to-order, contracts), you don't need to configure it, you need to question it
- Excellent discovery facilitation: interviewing sales ops, revenue, delivery, and finance stakeholders, and translating their answers into clear requirements
- Confident process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE), gap analysis, and requirements documentation (BRD/FRD)
- Data mapping experience for migration scoping: field-level mapping between legacy and target, identifying what to migrate, transform, or retire
- Able to write integration requirements at a business level: what flows, in what direction, between Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, and the operations platform
- UAT planning and execution experience
- Structured communication, your documentation will be read by architects, developers, and client stakeholders
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent foundation
- Lead discovery workshops across the client's quote-to-cash functions: sales, revenue ops, contracts, delivery, finance
- Document AS-IS processes end-to-end (quoting → contracts → order conversion → delivery oversight → revenue control)
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; feed the TO-BE design together with the Solution Architect
- Own requirements documentation: functional requirements, acceptance criteria, prioritization
- Build data mappings for the migration (object/field level) and flag data quality issues early
- Define integration requirements at business level (source of truth per entity, flows, exception handling)
- Plan and execute UAT: test strategy, test cases, defect triage
- Support the licensing and scope decisions with concrete usage data (who uses which part of the org)
- Act as the BA interface between the client, REW delivery, and the partner
- Direct exposure to CPQ configuration or a Revenue Cloud implementation
- Data center, infrastructure, or B2B professional services industry background
- Oracle ERP / Fusion business process familiarity
- ServiceNow domain knowledge
- Experience on a legacy-system rebuild or migration (as opposed to greenfield)
- Remote, Europe based; overlap with US CET business hours
- Discovery phase: 4-8 weeks from start, with an extension into build and UAT
- Must be able to start within 1–2 weeks
- Long-term engagement potential tied to the client's multi-year modernization program
