Business Analyst - WFH

Job Description Role: Business Analyst Location: Permanent WFH Experience: 5+ Years Department: Technical Delivery Salary: Competitive Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for BI and analytics initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams to define dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualization requirements. Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions. Support testing, validation, and successful implementation of BI solutions. Assist in documenting business processes, workflows, and project requirements. Required Skills: Experience as a Business Analyst in BI, data analytics, or reporting projects. Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis concepts. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams. Preferred: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting and analytics tools. Background in process analysis and business process improvement.
