Business Analyst(Mobile Banking)

We are looking for a “Business Analyst". Join us if you have apenchant to develop solutions with cutting-edge applications for a better world. The job is hybrid. We expect the candidates to be in Istanbul.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s or PhD degree is a plus
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including work within mobile application development teams
• Most recent experience in the mobile banking domain, with hands-on knowledge of digital banking journeys such as customer onboarding, login and authentication, money transfers and payments, card management, and account and transaction services
• Understanding of iOS and Android platform capabilities and constraints (e.g., biometric authentication, push notifications, app release cycles, versioning)
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and integration projects
• Understanding of RESTful API development with JSON
• Hands-on experience in Postman or SoapUI
• Hands-on experience in SQL (PL/SQL is a plus)
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and SDLC tools such as Jira
• Experience in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
• Familiarity with mobile UX principles and collaboration with UX/UI designers
• Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills
• Fluency in English is a plus
• Certified in Design Thinking Practices, UX, and CX concepts (preferably)
• Certified as a Scrum Product Owner and/or a Scrum Master (preferably)

• Design and implement integration solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Take ownership of assigned team and individual tasks
• Communicate effectively with the team and collaborate with stakeholders
• Communicate and present to senior leadership
• Work within Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
