Job Description

This is a remote position.

Identify and generate new business opportunities for BGV services
Reach out to HR teams, recruitment agencies, staffing firms, startups, corporates, and enterprises
Conduct outbound sales through:
- Cold calling
- LinkedIn outreach
- Email campaigns
- WhatsApp communication
- Networking and referrals
Schedule and attend client meetings/demo calls
Explain company services and convert leads into paying clients
Build long-term relationships with clients and HR professionals
Coordinate with operations team for onboarding and client requirements
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
Explore partnerships with HRMS, ATS, recruitment consultants, and staffing companies
Contribute ideas for market expansion and revenue growth

Requirements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong confidence in speaking with business clients
Sales-oriented mindset with revenue focus
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Basic understanding of HR, recruitment, or BGV industry is a plus
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, Excel, and email communication
Self-motivated and performance-driven attitude
