About Key Labs

Key Labs is a boutique market-making desk for crypto projects. We provide spreads, order book depth and inventory on CEX, DEX and perps. Fixed fees, no share of client profits, trading-only access.

The role

We're looking for a BD Manager who already knows the people who decide when a token lists: exchange listing teams, launchpads, incubators.

What you'll do

• Lead conversations with projects from first reply to signed contract

• Build a partner network with exchanges, launchpads and listing agents

• Run calls with founders

• Be the public face of our BD on LinkedIn and X

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in listings, exchange BD, launchpad BD or market-making sales

• Your own contacts you can message tomorrow

• Understanding of spreads, depth and exchange KPIs

• Fluent English; Ukrainian or Russian is a plus

What we offer

• Fixed $1,500–2,000 per month

• 15% of each new client's first quarter (~$3,000 per deal) + 5% of every renewal

• Guaranteed minimum for the first 3 months

• AI handles the routine (research, first messages, drafts), you handle the real conversations

• Fully remote

We don't do wash trading or artificial volume.
