Job description:
Key responsibilities
The core of the job is winning new clients and closing deals, with a clear revenue target and a weekly pipeline you report on.
- Prospect and win SME and MNC clients for recruitment, HR and payroll outsourcing, EP and EOR services.
- Sell services as a package where it fits, for example recruitment plus payroll, or EOR plus EP support.
- Run the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery meetings, proposals, pricing, negotiation and closing.
- Own the revenue target and the pipeline, and give a monthly forecast you can stand behind.
- Agree scope, pricing and turnaround with APPR's recruitment team and FIT Pioneer's delivery team before committing to clients, and hand over won deals cleanly.
- Keep the CRM current: every lead, meeting, proposal and follow-up logged within the week.
- Join a weekly pipeline review with the CEO.
- Build referral channels with accountants, corporate secretarial firms, lawyers and business associations.
- Represent APPR at industry events and client meetings.
- Keep client relationships active after the sale to support renewals and cross-selling.

Experience and track record
- 5 to 8 years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in recruitment, HR services, outsourcing, payroll, EOR or similar professional services.

- Experience selling to business owners, HR heads and finance heads.
- Comfortable building a pipeline from scratch with limited existing leads.
- Diploma or degree in any field.
Working style
- Reliable and visible: consistent weekly activity, clear communication and disciplined CRM updates.
- Self-driven and commercially minded, with sound judgement on pricing and margin.
- Able to coordinate with delivery teams and keep promises to clients.
