Business Development Specialist

Present and promote offerings using solid arguments to existing and prospective sponsors. Arrange and conduct meetings with new and existing sponsors. Prepare presentations to promote new products and special deals. Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls, and direct visits. Achieve assigned sponsorship targets. Act as the account manager for sponsors before, during, and after events, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfaction. Provide the direct manager with reports on sponsors’ needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products or services. Perform any other related tasks assigned within the Business Development Department. Excellent written communication skills in Arabic and English. Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations efficiently. Patience, attention to detail, and a user-focused mindset. Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
