Business Growth Sr. Associate

- Job Description: Drive the growth of the cash loan business by increasing customer acquisition, optimizing conversion rates, and ensuring sustainable disbursement volume in line with company targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and execute initiatives to increase cash loan applications and disbursements. Monitor and analyze funnel performance to improve conversion rates. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing, Risks, and Operations to optimize customer journey and reduce drop-offs. Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly growth performance. Ensure growth activities comply with internal guidelines and risk policies. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in business growth, strategy role, or lending industry Comfortable working with data to analyze performance (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools). Proven track record of achieving growth targets in previous roles. Target-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with cash loans or lending products is an advantage.
