Company Description Arunami Partner is an impact-driven investment firm focused on deploying long-term capital into durable businesses across Indonesia. Guided by the principles of Durability, Integrity, and Impact, the firm prioritizes patient investing over short-term cycles and seeks to strengthen the future through disciplined resource stewardship. Arunami invests in sectors fundamental to societal progress, including education, healthcare, consumer, and AI-enabled services. The firm partners with growth-stage founders by providing capital alongside strategic clarity, governance frameworks, and active stewardship, while offering capital partners transparent reporting and resilient profit-sharing structures. By the end of 2025, Arunami aims to manage over 16 impact projects across more than five resilient sectors in collaboration with 20+ impact partners.
Role Description The KOL Manager is responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with key opinion leaders across Arunami’s focus sectors to amplify the firm’s impact narrative and support portfolio growth. This contract role is hybrid, based in Bandung, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and segmenting relevant KOLs, coordinating outreach and partnership discussions, and developing tailored collaboration plans that align with Arunami’s investment and impact priorities. The KOL Manager will plan and execute joint campaigns, thought-leadership initiatives, and events, while tracking performance metrics and reporting on KOL-driven outcomes. The role also involves close collaboration with investment, marketing, and portfolio teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong stakeholder engagement.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated integrity, long-term orientation, and interest in impact investing or mission-driven organizations.
