Role Details

Scale Realtor is hiring a confident, English-fluent cold caller to generate leads for US real estate clients.

Schedule

• Part-time: 3 hours per day during EST hours
• Hours and compensation will increase as the role grows

What you’ll do

• Make outbound calls to homeowners, investors, and prospective sellers or buyers
• Follow our scripts, handle objections, and qualify leads
• Book appointments and hand off warm leads to the sales team
• Log every call and outcome accurately in the CRM

What we’re looking for

• Clear, natural spoken English with a neutral or American-friendly accent
• Prior cold calling or telesales experience (real estate is a plus)
• Resilience, a positive tone, and strong listening skills
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset
• Comfortable working during EST hours
