Real Estate Cold Caller – US Homeowners (Native American English, GHL & JustCall)

We are a US-based real estate investment company looking for experienced cold callers to call US homeowners for real estate acquisitions. This is a long-term, remote role, and we want people who can start immediately.

Requirements:

Native-level American English with no noticeable accent (this is a must)

Proven experience cold calling US homeowners, ideally for real estate acquisitions

Experience with CRMs and power dialers (we use GoHighLevel and JustCall)

Good at objection handling, appointment setting, and natural, unscripted conversations

Confident, friendly, and self-motivated

Available to start immediately

Pay:

$7 per hour, tracked by call/talk time

$500 bonus for every closed appointment
