Public Relations Intern

Role Description This is a full-time, remote Public Relations Intern role. The intern will support day-to-day PR activities, including drafting and editing press releases, media pitches, and other external communications. Responsibilities include assisting with media monitoring, maintaining media contact lists, tracking coverage, and preparing reports and summaries for internal use. The intern will help coordinate virtual events or announcements, support strategic communication campaigns, and collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging across channels. The role also involves conducting research on industry trends, identifying relevant media outlets, and contributing ideas to enhance Constructiv Group’s visibility and reputation.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Press Releases and Public Relations to support external announcements and brand positioning.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Strategic Communications skills for crafting clear, consistent, and audience-focused messages.
• Candidates should possess Media Relations skills to assist in outreach, maintain media lists, and foster positive relationships with journalists and outlets.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and grammar.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, word processing, video conferencing, and shared documents).
• Interest in public relations, communications, or marketing; coursework or prior internship experience in these areas is beneficial.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not required.
