Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Career Coach at Pathfinder Consulting. The Career Coach will provide one-on-one and group coaching to professionals and students, helping them clarify career goals, identify strengths, and develop actionable plans for advancement. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual coaching sessions, assessing client needs, designing tailored career development strategies, and supporting clients through transitions such as job searches or applications to graduate programs. The role involves guiding clients on resume and portfolio improvement, interview preparation, and effective use of digital tools for personal branding and job search. The Career Coach will also collaborate with the team to refine coaching frameworks, contribute to educational materials and workshops, and maintain accurate documentation of client progress and outcomes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Job Coaching and Career Counseling skills to support diverse clients through various career stages.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to conduct clear, empathetic, and structured coaching conversations.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Career Development, including goal setting, planning, and navigating career transitions.
• Candidates should possess Interview Preparation skills to help clients practice, refine responses, and build confidence for interviews.
• Demonstrated experience in remote coaching or counseling environments and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Background in human resources, coaching, counseling, education, or related fields; relevant certifications (e.g., career coaching, counseling) are an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a client-centered mindset and commitment to measurable outcomes.
