Application Process Sisu admits founders on a rolling basis, selecting only 20 individuals per year across 10 startups. Initial Screening : A 30-minute phone/video interview with a talent principal. Founder Interview : A 30-minute phone/video interview with Ari Mir. Working Sessions : Upon acceptance, you’ll join a 12- to 18-month program where you’ll work directly with Ari and the Sisu team.
