This is a remote position.
Our client, a pioneer in privacy-first, on-premise AI solutions, is seeking a visionary, high-impact Co-Founder to serve as the co-architect of the enterprise vision, innovation roadmap, and global scale for their local-deploy sovereign AI platform.
Reporting directly alongside the Founder & CEO, you will be a peer-level partner in shaping the very foundation and future trajectory of the enterprise. This is a foundational, equity-bearing strategic role instrumental in defining, driving, and executing the long-term vision to scale the company from a groundbreaking concept to global market dominance. You will help architect new industry paradigms where advanced AI, proprietary intellectual property, sovereign data, and intricate geopolitical realities converge.
Key Responsibilities
Joint Strategic Leadership & Execution
Partner directly with the Founder & CEO to define, refine, and champion the overarching vision, long-term strategic roadmap, and operational blueprints. Drive cross-functional execution to translate visionary goals into actionable, scalable plans, ensuring operational excellence during hyper-growth.
Innovation & Intellectual Property Strategy
Co-lead the strategic direction of our technological innovation roadmap, ensuring our AI and Digital Twin solutions remain at the absolute forefront of the industry. Develop and execute a robust intellectual property strategy to protect and leverage core technological advancements globally.
Fundraising & Investor Relations
Co-lead substantial capital raises, cultivate robust relationships with institutional investors and strategic partners, and clearly articulate the company's unique value proposition to the global investment community.
Organisational Design & Leadership Development
Attract, build, and mentor a world-class executive leadership team. Foster an organisational culture anchored in innovation, accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement across all global divisions.
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
Identify, negotiate, and secure transformative strategic alliances with industry leaders, technology giants, and governmental entities to dramatically expand market reach and solidify our global ecosystem.
Market & Thought Leadership
Represent the enterprise as a primary voice in the industry. Shape public perception, influence policy discussions, and cement the company's position as the definitive thought leader in sovereign AI and Digital Twin technology.
Enterprise Risk Management & Governance
Co-develop and oversee holistic enterprise risk management frameworks. Ensure robust corporate governance, ethical AI development, and strict regulatory compliance across all global operations and new market entries, particularly concerning data sovereignty and geopolitical sensitivities.
Culture & Values Incubation
Actively shape and embed the core values and internal culture of the enterprise, ensuring it consistently reflects an unwavering commitment to innovation, absolute integrity, and privacy-first principles.
The Ideal Profile
Visionary & Peer Strategic Partner:
15+ years of entrepreneurial or executive leadership experience building and scaling technology companies from early-stage to significant market impact (ideally within AI, enterprise software, or advanced industrial tech). A true partner to the CEO, capable of challenging, collaborating, and co-owning the future.
Exceptional Executive Acumen & Resilience:
Demonstrated ability to operate at the highest strategic level, equally capable of defining grand visions and driving meticulous operational execution. Highly resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, comfortable navigating multi-billion dollar opportunities.
Deep Industry & Technological Insight:
A profound understanding of the AI, Machine Learning, and Digital Twin sectors, recognising the unique implications and opportunities of privacy-first, local-deploy solutions, with the foresight to anticipate future technological trends.
Global Operator with Geopolitical Intelligence:
Extensive experience in international business development, market expansion, and cross-border operations, with an acute awareness of geopolitical dynamics, particularly across Europe, Asia, and the USA.
Proven Fundraiser & Expansive Networker:
