  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by providing performance analysis, identifying trends and recommending actionable improvements.
  • Monitor Channel Partner performance across key metrics, including sales growth, market share, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and inventory turnover.
  • Identify performance gaps, recommend corrective actions and track progress against agreed targets.
  • Analyze historical sales data and market trends to support forecasting, identify business opportunities and anticipate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with Channel Partners and internal teams to optimize inventory levels and improve operational performance.
  • Support the development of performance-based incentive programs, including rebate agreements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product, country and customer mix, as well as go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with Data Analytics and regional teams to improve reporting tools, data quality and digital processes.
  • Support commercial excellence and process improvement projects across the region.
  • Present key findings, recommendations and performance insights to regional leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Business Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Good understanding of commercial and financial data, sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards and performance analyses.
  • Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in indirect sales channels, distributor management or Channel Partner performance analysis.
  • Previous experience in the medical technology, healthcare or life sciences industries.
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Knowledge of project management, change management or process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, predictive analytics or commercial performance optimization.

We Offer

  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic international MedTech environment.
  • Professional development and growth opportunities.
  • Private medical care and life insurance.
  • Meal vouchers and transportation allowance.
