Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Role Description The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at KPI, OKR, BSC y ESTRATEGIA will lead the commercial strategy, overseeing sales performance, key accounts, and revenue growth initiatives. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing commercial and go-to-market plans, guiding sales teams, managing strategic client relationships, and monitoring commercial KPIs and OKRs. The CCO will collaborate with executive leadership on pricing, market positioning, and business development, while ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, budgeting, and overall strategy. The role also involves reviewing pipeline forecasts, identifying new market opportunities, and continuously improving processes to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to design and execute effective commercial and growth strategies.
• Proven experience in Sales and Account Management to drive revenue, manage key clients, and build long-term commercial relationships.
• Competence in Budgeting to manage commercial budgets, forecast revenue, and optimize resource allocation.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a data-driven environment using KPIs, OKRs, and balanced scorecards for performance management.
• Experience in leadership roles with the ability to mentor teams, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across functions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Background in commercial management, business development, or strategy, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
