The CEO will oversee daily executive decision-making, lead strategic and business planning initiatives, and ensure effective coordination across finance, operations, and sales functions. This role includes monitoring performance metrics, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that organizational goals are aligned with market needs and long-term growth. The CEO will collaborate with teams and partners, provide clear leadership and communication, and maintain a culture of accountability, innovation, and ethical conduct.
Qualifications

• Strong Finance and Business Planning skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets, and support sustainable growth.
• Proficiency in Operations Management to improve processes, optimize resources, and ensure efficient delivery of services.
• Experience in Sales with an understanding of revenue generation, client relationship management, and market development.
• Advanced Strategic Planning capabilities to set long-term vision, define priorities, and guide organizational decision-making.
• Proven executive leadership experience, ideally in recruitment, HR services, or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in diverse, cross-cultural environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity while meeting agreed objectives and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
