Group Chief Executive Officer

Role Description The Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) role is a part-time, remote position responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight across PMLTC’s business operations. The Group CEO will set the overall vision and direction for the company, guide long-term business and investment strategies, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial and operational performance, steering business planning initiatives, and overseeing risk management and corporate governance. The Group CEO will support senior leaders in optimizing transmission operations, strengthening stakeholder and partner relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency within the power sector. This role also involves representing the company at high-level meetings with investors, regulators, and industry partners, while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership in Strategic Planning and Business Planning, including setting long-term vision, defining priorities, and guiding complex infrastructure or energy projects.
• Proven expertise in Finance, such as financial oversight, capital planning, budgeting, and investment evaluation for large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated experience in Operations Management, including performance monitoring, process optimization, and risk management in technical or regulated environments.
• Background in Sales or commercial leadership, with the ability to manage key stakeholders, negotiate strategic agreements, and support revenue and partnership growth.
• Extensive executive-level experience (preferably in power, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors) with a track record of managing multinational or joint-venture entities.
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable; equivalent senior-level experience may be considered.
