Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and overall direction for Ranhill Worley Sdn Bhd, ensuring sustainable growth and alignment with corporate objectives. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing long-term business strategies, overseeing financial and operational performance, and guiding business development and sales initiatives across key service lines. The CEO will work closely with the executive team to drive organizational efficiency, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure effective governance and risk management. The role also involves representing the company in high-level client and partner engagements, promoting a culture of integrity, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Finance and Business Planning, with the ability to oversee budgets, investments, and long-term financial sustainability.
• Strong background in Operations Management, ensuring effective delivery of projects and optimization of processes across multiple business lines.
• Proven capability in Sales and Strategic Planning to drive market growth, expand client relationships, and position the company competitively.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in engineering, energy, or related industries, preferably within multinational or joint-venture environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and disciplines.
• Track record of leading organizational change, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Relevant advanced degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field is highly beneficial.
