We're looking for a Chief Marketing Officer!

Synco is a startup focused on digitalizing MSMEs through providing easy-to-use, affordable, and compliance-ready business systems.

THE ROLE

As our Chief Marketing Officer, you will shape Synco’s brand vision, visual narrative, and growth engine. You are a partner-level builder who thrives in an early-stage environment, leading how MSMEs across the country discover, trust, and adopt our platform.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: CREATIVE TASTE & GROWTH ENGINE

Uncompromising Taste & Visual Direction

• Design Proficiency: You have an eye for great design. You know how to use Figma (or modern design suites) to create clean, high-impact public-facing materials, print collaterals, posters, and digital campaign assets.
• Sharp Copywriting: You write compelling, persuasive copy that speaks directly to business owners—from headline hooks to ad copy and product positioning.

Performance & Data-Driven Growth

• Paid Acquisition: Deep hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid acquisition funnels to acquire users efficiently.
• Growth Loops: Ability to analyze conversion funnels, run quick experimentation loops, and scale customer acquisition cost-effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and execute Synco’s end-to-end marketing strategy and market positioning.
• Collateral & Visual Creation: Produce public-facing marketing collaterals, promotional posters, and digital graphics using Figma.
• Copywriting: Write clear, high-converting copy across social posts, ad campaigns, email sequences, and landing pages.
• Paid Ads Management: Set up, test, analyze, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing channels.
• Growth Operations: Identify new distribution channels and optimize the onboarding journey for MSME clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Background in performance marketing, growth leadership, or brand strategy within tech/startups.
• Strong hands-on experience in Figma or equivalent design tools for creating collaterals and posters.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both visual design/copywriting samples and paid campaign performance.
• Experience running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, autonomy, and speed of execution.
