Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at NoTestudo will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment between product development, campus partnerships, and growth initiatives. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home. The COO will develop and refine operational processes, manage cross-functional workflows, and support strategic planning related to launches, pilots, and scaling beyond the initial campus environment. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, coordinating with finance on budgets and resource allocation, and identifying operational risks and opportunities. The COO will collaborate closely with the founders and key partners to maintain a high standard of privacy, user trust, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Business Planning skills to design, optimize, and scale processes.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Budgeting skills to manage costs, allocate resources, and support sustainable growth.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and inform decision-making.
• Proven experience in a senior operations or leadership role within a tech startup or digital product environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Dubai, collaborating across time zones and remote teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience in consumer apps, digital health, mental health, or student-focused products is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
