Chief Technical Officer (AI Adoption & Automation)

Job Description This is a remote position. Location: Remote Engagement Type: Fractional/ Advisory Timezone : CET ± 3 hours We are looking for a Fractional CTO with deep Telco industry experience and expertise in AI-driven transformation . The successful candidate will drive technology adoption initiatives to automate workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and improve service delivery. Key Deliverables: Develop and implement AI and automation strategies within telco operations. Evaluate existing infrastructure and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Provide architectural and strategic guidance for AI integration and data modernization. Advise C-level executives on technology investment and transformation priorities. Oversee implementation across engineering and business teams. Requirements Ideal profile:​ Proven track record as a CTO or Technology Leader in the Telco sector . Strong understanding of AI/ML integration , automation frameworks, and network infrastructure. Experience in large-scale system design and enterprise transformation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
