What You'll Bring
Diploma or above in any field; a background in healthcare or a related field is an advantage
1–2 years of customer-focused experience (in a clinical, paramedical, TPA, or insurance setting) is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning claims management systems and data tools
Working knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and regulations is a plus — a genuine willingness to learn is what matters most
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high accuracy and attention to detail; commitment to integrity and confidentiality
Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools or data platforms (e.g., for claims triage, document processing, or reporting) is an advantage — or a willingness to develop these skills on the job
