Molta Africa is looking for motivated and goal-driven Client Acquisition Officers to promote our lending products to businesses across Nigeria.

📍 Locations
Candidates must reside in any of the following areas:
• South East: Onitsha, Aba, Owerri,Nnewi,Orlu
• South South: Port Harcourt, Asaba
• South West: Lagos State, Abeokuta
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Promote and sell Molta Africa’s lending products to businesses and individuals
🔹 Identify, engage, and convert qualified prospects into customers
🔹 Clearly explain loan products, terms, and eligibility requirements
🔹 Build and maintain strong customer relationships
🔹 Conduct field marketing and outreach when required
Requirements
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
✔ Customer-focused and trustworthy
✔ Basic knowledge of lending is an advantage (training will be provided)
✔ Ideal as a side hustle
💡 Loan officers, university students, teachers, market traders, sales agents, and anyone interested in earning commission-based income are encouraged to apply.
