Client Coordinator (Remote – 100% Commission-Based)

Our digital agency brand, CodeGenius (by Global Sphere Ventures FZ-LLC), is expanding its inbound lead pipeline across the UAE and Middle East. We are looking for a motivated Client Coordinator to manage incoming client demand.

The Role (Initial Focus)

• Manage, follow up with, and close inbound company WhatsApp business leads.
• Conduct professional voice calls or brief virtual meetings to gather client requirements.
• Coordinate with technical management on estimations and scope.

This is an independent, flexible, 100% commission-based opportunity—ideal for freelancers, consultants, or self-sponsored individuals seeking uncapped earning potential.

High-Yield Commission Structure

• Standard Leads: 10% (under AED 6k) | 12.5% (AED 6k–10k) | 15% (above AED 10k)
• Self-Generated Leads: Flat 20% commission
  

Payout Example: Closing a company project worth AED 20,000 yields a 3,000 AED total commission (15%).

• 50% (1,500 AED) is paid upon the client's upfront deposit.
• 50% (1,500 AED) is paid upon final project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong communication and closing skills over WhatsApp and phone.
• Self-motivated with fast remote response times.
