Client Manager

We are a technology-driven company offering businesses an innovative online solution for managing indirect tax obligations across 80 countries. Our platform seamlessly integrates VAT registrations, tax calculations, filings, notifications, centralized document storage, and payments. Additionally, clients benefit from the expertise of our experienced, multilingual team of tax professionals.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Manager to join our team at Tax International Services Kft. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of international clients and support them with VAT compliance matters across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and maintaining ongoing communication via email, phone, and other digital platforms.
• Proactively manage client relationships to ensure high service quality and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client cases efficiently and within deadlines.
• Monitor progress and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Learn and utilize our client collaboration platform for onboarding and VAT reporting processes.
• Basic VAT knowledge is a must.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and reliable approach.
• Quick learner and effective team player.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent stakeholder and time management skills.
• min 4 years in indirect tax or related field.

Nice-to-have

• Additional European language knowledge.
• Automated solution knowledge, AI, continuous improvement experience.
