You’ll act as a key liaison between our internal teams, and clients—overseeing campaign timelines, approvals, and execution to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Beyond coordinating execution, you’ll help turn campaign data and audience insights into more targeted communications—identifying opportunities to improve relevance, engagement, and enrollment outcomes. This role requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment.

- Help develop more targeted communications by applying audience personas, segmentation, personalization, and messaging tailored to employees’ needs and interests.
- Recommend and support tests or optimizations—such as targeted language, content variations, and communication timing—to improve campaign effectiveness and continuously enhance results.
Recipe for Success:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to prioritize effectively under pressure.
