About Us

We are a client-focused organization committed to delivering personalized service, professional relationship management, and efficient onboarding experiences for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI). We understand that establishing trust, maintaining confidentiality, and providing attentive support are essential when working with discerning clients. Our approach combines operational excellence, strong compliance practices, and tailored communication to ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to quality, integrity, and professionalism.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Client Onboarding Specialist (HNWI) to coordinate the onboarding journey for high-net-worth clients. In this part-time, fully remote role, you will manage client documentation, coordinate verification procedures, facilitate account setup, and work closely with relationship managers, compliance teams, and relevant service providers. The ideal candidate is client-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of handling sensitive information while delivering a smooth, efficient, and professional onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for high-net-worth clients, ensuring documentation and account setup requirements are completed accurately.
  • Communicate with clients to explain onboarding procedures, document requirements, verification steps, and expected timelines.
  • Collect, review, and organize identification documents, proof of address, source-of-funds information, and other required supporting materials.
  • Support Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and enhanced due diligence (EDD) procedures in accordance with internal policies and applicable requirements.
  • Liaise with relationship managers, compliance officers, operations teams, and external service providers to resolve onboarding issues.
  • Monitor application progress, follow up on outstanding documentation, and help ensure onboarding milestones are achieved on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate client profiles, verification records, correspondence, and audit-ready documentation within approved systems.
  • Identify incomplete submissions, inconsistencies, and potential risk indicators, escalating cases to the appropriate compliance personnel.
  • Handle confidential client information with discretion and follow data protection and information security policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows, reduce administrative delays, and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Prepare status reports and support management with onboarding performance tracking and operational updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience in client onboarding, private banking support, wealth management operations, financial services, or compliance administration preferred.
  • Familiarity with KYC, CDD, EDD, client verification, and financial documentation procedures.
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth clients or managing sensitive client relationships is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and client-focused approach.
  • High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, onboarding systems, digital verification tools, and document management software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent qualification in business, finance, banking, or a related field preferred. Professional certifications are not required.
What We Offer
  • Flexible, part-time remote work within a professional, client-focused environment.
  • Opportunities to support sophisticated client relationships and structured onboarding processes.
  • A collaborative culture that values discretion, accuracy, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Exposure to client lifecycle management, compliance operations, and process improvement initiatives.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and trusted long-term relationships.
  • If you are detail-oriented, discreet, and passionate about delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for high-net-worth clients, we encourage you to apply.
