About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Low Latency Systems Specialist to optimize system responsiveness, minimize processing delays, and improve performance across latency-sensitive applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in systems programming, performance profiling, concurrency, and real-time processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize low-latency software architectures and execution workflows.
• Analyze system performance to identify bottlenecks affecting response time and throughput.
• Optimize CPU utilization, memory allocation, thread scheduling, and network communication.
• Develop efficient concurrent and asynchronous processing mechanisms.
• Conduct benchmarking, profiling, and latency analysis under different workloads.
• Investigate performance issues involving operating systems, networking, databases, and distributed services.
• Optimize data structures, algorithms, caching strategies, and inter-process communication.
• Establish performance benchmarks, monitoring standards, and regression testing procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and scalability.
• Document optimization strategies, technical findings, and performance improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in systems engineering, performance optimization, or low-latency application development.
• Strong programming skills in C++, Rust, Java, or another performance-oriented language.
• Knowledge of operating systems, multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and networking.
• Experience with performance profiling, benchmarking, and latency measurement tools.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, asynchronous I/O, caching, and distributed system performance.
• Familiarity with Linux performance diagnostics and cloud or containerized environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
