Client Relationship Manager / Client Support / Junior Account Executive

Role Description As the Owner at Ai Design ZONE, you will oversee the overall vision, strategy, and daily operations of the studio in a part-time, remote capacity. You will define business objectives, manage client relationships, and guide the development of AI-driven design services and digital products. Typical activities include planning and prioritizing projects, reviewing creative work, coordinating with freelancers or partners, and making decisions about tools, platforms, and workflows. You will also handle key business functions such as budgeting, pricing, basic marketing activities, and monitoring performance metrics. This role is suited for someone comfortable working independently, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution, and adapting to a dynamic, technology-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and make informed decisions.
• Experience or interest in AI tools, digital design, or creative technologies, with a willingness to learn and experiment with new platforms.
• Business management capabilities, such as basic budgeting, planning, and understanding of client service or small business operations.
• Effective communication skills for remote collaboration, including clear written and verbal communication and professional client interaction.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote, part-time setting.
• Background in design, technology, entrepreneurship, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to use common digital productivity tools (e.g., project management software, cloud storage, communication platforms).
