Client Relationship Manager / Client Support / Junior Account Executive

Role Description This part-time hybrid role, based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, involves managing relationships with clients, supporting their needs, and assisting with account coordination. The Client Relationship Manager / Client Support / Junior Account Executive will serve as a primary point of contact, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of client issues via email, phone, and virtual meetings. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, preparing basic reports or summaries, and supporting the onboarding of new clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to follow up on requests, track deliverables, and help improve client satisfaction. Some work-from-home flexibility is available, but regular on-site presence is expected for meetings and team collaboration.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated client service mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Solid communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages relevant to the region are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple client requests.
• Comfort with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and ability to learn new digital platforms quickly.
• Problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing tasks independently in a hybrid work setting.
• Previous experience in client support, account coordination, or customer service is preferred but not strictly required.
• Relevant education in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
