Client Relationship Manager / Client Support / Junior Account Executive

Role Description The Owner role at Black Swan Holdings is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing the overall direction, performance, and growth of the company’s holdings. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating investment opportunities, reviewing financial reports, and making strategic decisions about resource allocation and risk management. The Owner will set priorities, define high-level business goals, and maintain relationships with advisors, partners, and service providers. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and refining operational processes for efficiency and sustainability. The role involves working independently, using digital tools to coordinate activities, and periodically aligning with external stakeholders on strategy and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills, with the ability to set clear long-term objectives and evaluate trade-offs.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and investment decision-making, including comfort with reviewing reports and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with advisors, partners, and service providers in a remote environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with digital tools and remote work platforms to coordinate operations and maintain documentation.
• Knowledge of basic legal, compliance, and risk management concepts related to owning and operating business entities is beneficial.
• Prior experience in entrepreneurship, business ownership, or portfolio management is highly advantageous.
