What we do
ScaleClinics is a patient acquisition agency for telehealth and in-person clinics in the GLP-1, hormone replacement, and peptide space. We run Meta ads for our clients, build their conversion funnels in GoHighLevel, set up their SMS, email, and AI caller automations, and post organic content on their social channels. Basically we take over patient acquisition entirely so the clinic can focus on treating patients.
Our industry is about a year old. That means the regulatory and platform hurdles change constantly, and a lot of what we do every week is figuring out problems nobody has published a playbook for yet.
The role
You own a book of clients. Weekly calls for their first month, then every other week, though plenty of clients ask to stay weekly and we let them. You are their single point of contact and the person who explains what is happening with their campaigns.
We want each CSM at around 15 clients. You will not start there. You will shadow our Head of Client Success in week one and be taking your own clients by week two.
The honest version of this job: our specialists are heads-down solving technical problems, and the CSM stands in front of them and takes the client's frustration directly. You are the first line of defense. Some days you will have six straight hours of calls. When a client's ad account gets restricted at 8am, you are the one who has to explain it and then go fix it.
What you actually need
Meta, at depth. This is the part that disqualifies most applicants, so read it carefully. You need to have personally worked inside Meta Business Manager, not watched someone else do it. Business portfolio asset sharing, and specifically what to do when Meta blocks a client from sharing their assets with you. Ad account restrictions and suspensions. Pixel and dataset setup. Two-factor lockouts where the client no longer has the phone number on the account. You will be on a call, watching a client share their screen, walking them through a fix in real time. If your Meta experience is "I understand it a little," this role is not for you yet.
AI in your daily workflow. We use Claude constantly, including Claude Code, not just the chat app. You do not need to be an engineer, but you do need to be comfortable with basic vibe coding and using AI as a working tool rather than as a way to skip work. If you have never opened anything beyond ChatGPT, be upfront about it in your application.
GoHighLevel. We build funnels in it and use it as the communication layer with clients. You do not need to be a GHL developer, but you should be able to navigate it and make changes without hand-holding.
Client-facing experience where you owned the relationship. Not onboarding-and-handoff. Not ticket queues. We mean you were the person on the call when performance was down and the client was unhappy.
Google Workspace and Slack. Our databases live in Google Drive and all internal comms run through Slack. We do not use a project management tool.
US business hours. Most of our team is international and that works fine, but our clients are American and you need to be reachable during their day. Tell us your timezone and the hours you can actually commit to.
What we are not looking for
Someone who needs three months of training before they are useful. We have tried the "great personality, we'll teach them the technical side" hire and it did not work. We need someone effective from the first few weeks.
Someone who wants a job they can coast in. This is not that. If you want steady and predictable, you will be miserable here.
What you get
A team that actually backs each other up. The deep end is deep, but nobody gets left alone in it. We are a small remote group and the culture is closer to friendship than to org chart.
You will also learn this industry at the exact moment it is being figured out, which is worth something. What you solve for one client compounds into every client after.
Compensation: $2,500/month, paid in two installments on the 1st and the 15th.
How to apply
Send your CV to simon@scaleclinics.io and answer these three things in the body of the email:
- Describe a specific Meta Business Manager problem you personally solved. What was broken, what did you try, what actually fixed it?
- What AI tools are in your daily workflow right now, and what do you use them for?
- What is your timezone, and what hours can you commit to?
- We read every application and we will reply either way, including if it is a no.
