Full Time Opportunity: We are hiring Code Reviewers – JavaScript for a short-term freelance/contractor engagement for an AI Training, Code Review & Evaluation Project.

Role: Code Reviewer – JavaScript

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Mode: Remote

Engagement: Contractor / Short-Term Contract

Duration: 2–3 Weeks (approximately 4 weeks assignment)

Start: Immediate

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Technical Qualification:

• Minimum 2+ years of overall professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Git, Docker, and basic software pipeline setup.
• Ability to understand and navigate complex codebases.
• Comfortable running, modifying, and testing real-world software projects locally.
• Experience contributing to or evaluating open-source projects is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot GitHub issues across open-source repositories.
• Knowledge of unit test coverage, test quality, and code evaluation.
• Ability to configure code repositories, including Dockerization and development environment setup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Previous participation in LLM research or evaluation projects.
• Experience building or testing developer tools or automation agents.
• Experience working with high-quality public GitHub repositories.

Availability Requirements

• Available to work at least 8 hours per day.
• Minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.
• Must have at least 4 hours of working-hour overlap with PST.
• Immediate availability for remote contract work.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced project environment.

What You'll Work On:

• Analyze and triage GitHub issues across trending open-source libraries.
• Set up and configure code repositories, including Dockerization and environment setup.
• Evaluate unit test coverage and quality.
• Modify and run codebases locally to assess LLM performance in bug-fixing scenarios.
• Collaborate with researchers to identify repositories and issues that challenge LLM capabilities.
• Review code quality and assess software engineering tasks.
• Work with real-world codebases and development environments.
• Support AI research through high-quality code review and evaluation.

Compensation & Engagement Details

• Payment: $25 per approved task.
• Average Handling Time: 45–60 minutes per task.
• Contract Duration: 2–3 weeks.
• Employment Type: Contractor assignment (no medical or paid leave).
• Evaluation Process: Assessment-based review (approximately 75 minutes).
• Vetting Process: Interest Check Form (ICF) followed by Delivery Review.
