Cold Callers Needed | Base Salary + $ CAD Commissions

CompuSynex is a US-based IT, managed services, and offshore staffing company serving businesses across North America. We’re growing our outbound sales team and hiring confident, energetic Cold Callers to work remotely from Islamabad

Success in this role means consistent daily calling, real conversations with decision-makers, and a steady flow of qualified leads and booked meetings for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to businesses in the USA and Canada
• Introduce our services and spark interest with decision-makers
• Qualify prospects and pass warm leads or booked meetings to the sales team
• Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving forward
• Follow up with interested prospects by phone and email
• Log every call, outcome, and follow-up in the CRM
• Meet daily call and weekly lead targets

Qualifications

• 6+ months of cold calling or outbound sales experience with US/Canadian clients (freshers with strong English are welcome to apply)
• Clear, confident spoken English
• Comfortable with rejection and motivated by targets
• Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
• Willing to work night shift (US business hours)
• Own laptop/PC, headset, reliable internet, and power backup

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed monthly base salary Rs: 80,000
• Commission paid in $CAD
