Commercial Analyst

Role Description The Commercial Analyst at Centro de Arbitraje USMP - CIAR is a part-time remote role responsible for supporting commercial and financial analysis related to arbitration and dispute resolution services. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing commercial and financial data, preparing reports and dashboards, and identifying trends that support decision-making and pricing strategies. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to interpret client needs, support service proposals, and improve client experience. The analyst will also assist in forecasting, budgeting support, and monitoring key performance indicators for commercial activities. Regular communication with stakeholders and responsive customer service are expected to ensure clear, accurate, and timely information delivery.

• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or ongoing studies in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field are beneficial.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are preferred.
• Prior experience in commercial analysis, financial support, or service-oriented environments will be considered an advantage.
