What We Are Looking For

As we expand, we are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst who will act as a true business partner — driving performance, profitability, and smarter decision-making across our stores.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Commercial functions, helping translate data into insights that improve sales, margins, and overall store performance.

Your Impact

You will work closely with different teams (Operations, Sales & Marketing) across the organization, supporting the understanding of business performance and contributing to better, data-driven decisions.

Through your analysis, you will help identify opportunities, highlight risks, and support actions that improve the performance of our store network.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the commercial P&L across our stores, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve margins

• Deep-dive into sales performance: product mix, pricing, promotions, and customer behavior

• Partner with Operations & Marketing to evaluate initiatives (campaigns, menu changes, new openings) and measure ROI

• Monitor and challenge key KPIs such as LFL sales, contribution margin, ticket size, food & labor cost

• Drive budgeting and forecasting with a strong focus on commercial assumptions and operational drivers

• Perform scenario analysis (pricing, cost changes, expansion cases) to support decision-making

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to improve visibility and speed of decision-making

Recipe for Success

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Financial Analysis within QSR, retail, or FMCG

• Strong commercial mindset — you understand what drives sales and profitability at store level

• Solid P&L understanding with hands-on experience in multi-unit environments

• Advanced Excel & financial modeling skills

• Hands-on experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)

• Ability to translate numbers into clear business actions and influence stakeholders

• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership mentality
