About the role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Portfolio Management Officer to join our Product Management team. In this role, you will help bring structure, visibility, and coordination across our service portfolio. Working closely with Product Managers, service owners, and stakeholders across the organization, you will support portfolio initiatives, coordinate service lifecycle activities, track roadmap progress, and ensure actions, dependencies, and decisions move forward.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across different teams, keeping multiple initiatives on track, and turning complex information into clear actions and communication.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and follow up on portfolio and service development activities, ensuring actions, dependencies, and decisions are tracked through completion.
  • Support Product Managers in tracking portfolio and solution roadmap milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Consolidate roadmap progress and provide clear status reporting to Product Management.
  • Coordinate with service owners and stakeholders to ensure required service deliverables and documentation are available and up to date.
  • Maintain a clear overview of ongoing activities, overdue actions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Organize and support roadmap meetings, workshops, and portfolio management sessions.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, working notes, meeting minutes, and workshop reports.
  • Assign and follow up on agreed actions following meetings and workshops.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to portfolio management processes.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and portfolio documentation.
  • Support service design, transition, and improvement activities from a coordination perspective.
  • Help onboard and train stakeholders on our service portfolio management processes.
  • Work as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communication activities related to portfolio, service, and roadmap initiatives.
  • Create and contribute to internal newsletters, updates, blog posts, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and help teams work effectively across different functions and domains.

What you bring

  • Previous experience in a Portfolio Management, PMO, Project Coordination, Service Management, or similar role, ideally within an IT or technology environment.
  • Experience with ITIL, ideally supported by an ITIL certification.
  • Experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of SAFe is considered an advantage.
  • Strong planning, coordination, reporting, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, activities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
  • A practical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience within IT service management or a related environment is considered an advantage.
  • Professional fluency in English.

What we offer

  • Hybrid & flexible working, combining office collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely.
  • Private medical insurance through Generali Insurance.
  • Meal allowance of approximately €121 per month through an Edenred card.
  • Flexible benefits of €25 per month, up to €300 per year.
  • 22 days of annual leave, plus an additional seniority day for every three years with the company.
  • 3 additional sick days per year without the requirement for a medical certificate.
  • Up to 6 additional days per year dedicated to learning and development.
  • Dedicated budget for relevant training and certifications, together with access to LinkedIn Learning.
  • Career development opportunities through internal mobility, mentoring, and coaching programs.
