We're creating a brand-new commercial support role at dermalogica Ireland. You'll be the engine behind our internal sales team, taking on the administrative work that keeps our customers happy and our business moving.
Our sales team builds relationships with skin therapists, pharmacies and retail partners across Ireland. With you handling the admin behind the scenes, they can spend more time doing what they do best: being out with our customers. Your work will make a real, visible difference from day one.

We're looking for someone with energy and a can-do attitude who loves working with people. You are:

• Outgoing. You enjoy picking up the phone, building rapport and being part of a lively team.
• Organised. You juggle lots of requests at once, stay on top of the detail and never let things slip.
• Friendly. Customers and colleagues enjoy dealing with you, and you make every conversation a positive one.
• Assertive. You're confident following things up, asking the right questions and making sure issues get resolved.
• Experience working in a team, ideally in sales support, customer service or an administrative role.
• Experience dealing directly with customers, by phone, email or face to face.
• Comfortable using computer systems and Excel; experience with an order or CRM system is a bonus.
• A background in skincare, beauty, pharmacy or retail would be great, but is not essential.

No two days will be the same. You'll be the go-to person for our sales team and our customers, working across our professional salon, pharmacy and retail channels. You will:

• Keep orders flowing, making sure customers get what they need, when they need it.
• Solve customer issues quickly and see them through to the end.
• Look after customer accounts, keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Support customers with account and payment queries, working closely with our finance team.
• Keep the sales team informed, so they always have the full picture before they meet a customer.
• Work with colleagues across the business, including Customer Service, Finance and Marketing, to get things done.
