Communications (Comms) Outreach Lead

You will lead a team in our SEO agency. Your team creates email outreach lists and sends guest post inquiries for SaaS clients. You’ll work closely with the team that comes up with guest post ideas. Key Responsibilities Assign and oversee weekly email list-building and outreach tasks. Ensure the team meets weekly deliverables. Manage email inboxes and negotiate guest post opportunities for three key clients. Communicate with three clients about guest post opportunities. Develop strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness and client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in communications, outreach, or a similar role within an SEO or digital marketing environment. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams. Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts. Strong understanding of SEO, particularly in link-building and content marketing.
