Community Lead – Fayoum | Volunteer Position
Campus is looking for a Community Lead in Fayoum to take ownership of the local team, support its leaders, and help develop an active and impactful community across our Tech, Creative, and Business domains.
This is a volunteer leadership position for someone with strong experience in volunteering, team leadership, and community building who is comfortable turning ideas into clear plans, measurable goals, and consistent execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the overall Campus team in Fayoum.
- Follow up with Domain Leaders and support them in managing their teams and activities.
- Set clear goals and KPIs, build action plans to achieve them, and regularly track performance.
- Organize priorities and manage multiple activities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Support team members, encourage collaboration, and maintain effective communication across the community.
- Identify performance gaps and work with leaders to improve team and community outcomes.
- Contribute to the growth and development of Campus activities and community experience in Fayoum.
- Continuously learn and adopt new skills, tools, and systems based on the needs of the role.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in volunteering, student activities, communities, or similar environments.
- Proven experience in leading or managing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with clear KPIs and translate goals into practical execution plans.
- Ability to manage priorities and multiple workstreams effectively.
- Strong interest in youth development, learning, community building, and volunteer work.
- High level of commitment, ownership, and responsibility.
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills.
Location Requirement
Applicants must be based in Fayoum or currently living in Fayoum and able to attend and follow up on offline meetings and activities when needed.
The role follows a hybrid working model, combining online team coordination with on-ground community activities in Fayoum.
